The Volkswagen ID.4 uses a Type 2 to Type 2 Charging Cable and has a maximum onboard charging capacity of 11 kW (AC). The ID.4 also supports DC rapid charging at up to 135 kW, allowing you to charge from 5 to 80% in approximately 38 minutes at a compatible rapid charger.
